A political scientist I really admire, Milton Lodge, once told me in a private conversation that "Evolutionary Psychologists are the best storytellers in all of the sciences! You can't test or disprove any of their stories, though." and he had it absolutely right. Not only is Evo Psych chock full of the biases you've outlined here, their entire mode of operating is unscientific because many of their speculations about what the past was like are unfalsifiable. Two evo psychologists will often have completely competing viewpoints of what used to be 'natural' for humans, and many of them seem to infer that what is natural is what's always right or desirable for humans now, which couldn't be more fallacious. I hate how much it's used to justify really retrograde ideas and lend them a psuedoscientific sheen.
