ahahaha. I was a "I'll just be a guy with tits, it's fine!" guy for years! And I know some trans mascs who truly never get top surgery and truly never want to. For me, I was rounding up "I can live with this for now" and "I'm not worth the trouble of fixing this" to "This is fine" when it wasn't, and I can feel the dramatic difference now.
