Glad to hear this was a helpful affirmation, and that you use similar talking points to push back against this, too. It’s so frustrating when straight people say dismissive things but think they are being supportive. It’s right up there with “if you’re gay, I don’t care, it doesn’t matter” … it does matter and is *good*!
