Happy Halloween season, James! Thanks for this little peek into what fall is looking like in your neck of the woods. A Pinhead-obsessed lesbian friend is making me watch all the Hellraiser movies this fall, and we had a few funny little realizations about the main antogonist in the first film, Frank, struggling with dysphoria while he's a sentient pile of goop looking to reclaim his body. I also watched this German horror film with my partner, Goodnight Mommy -- oh my god it was ghoulish and tense. As a polyglot you might appreciate it, but definitely have the cat in your lap for comfort because it is upsetting!!
