It's so staggering to me how much people seem to pride themselves on their ignorance these days, as a kind of preemptive, defensive gesture. If you don't know what I'm writing about, why would you think it's time to throw in your opinion? Why would you be proud to tell on yourself in that way? Thanks for the engagement I guess. Maybe the reason you are left feeling attacked for your ignorance is because you keep inserting yourself into conversations you admit you know nothing about, without ever taking the time to google basic terminology. Some of this stuff *is* hard to understand, I'll allow that, but why would I consider you worthy of the time to educate, given your behavior?
