Oh yeah, the adults care more. The kids don’t know what to be on the lookout for, and they’re also less jaded and more inclined to see the beauty and good in all things. Which is a great quality! I am certain a lot of kids will have fun playing with these dolls. But just because a person isn’t consciously aware that a design feature has impacted them doesn’t mean that it failed to impact them. That’s a big problem with relying on people’s self-report of how a design strikes them in general — with adults and kids alike.
