Thank you for reporting on this story James. It's so shameful that Toby isn't even being allowed free access to a neutral bathroom, which ultimately would itself be a mere crumb of safety, not the full-throated, enthusiastic defense of his right to use the boy's room (if he wants to) that he actually deserves. He can't even get the bare bones table scraps that would at least keep him safe while still very much othering him. It's so disgraceful.
