Thank you for this! I hate how people use their “T Date” to implicitly signal how advanced or seasoned of a trans person they are. If they’ve been on hormones for years, that’s supposedly more respectable, and makes them more real than those that haven’t. Nobody says this outright, but I definitely get the vibe.
