Wow, congrats on making those changes!! Ironically the only times I find myself reaching for weed now are when I accidentally get a little caffeine jolt from chocolate or the like without realizing it, and need something to smooth my anxiety out. It's wild how much more manageable my stress is otherwise. I have to wonder how many people with anxiety disorders/anxiety med prescriptions might not feel that way if they could live without being on a daily stimulant.... or at least how many anxiety sufferers havent first given that a try.
